In Partnership with the Special Competitive Studies Project, the USNDA is proud to debut the first USNDA Interservice U.S. Military Drone Competition at the 2025 AI+ Expo for National Competitiveness in Washington D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Open to all military service members, high school, and college students

Now: Join the competitor waitlist below and start practicing on the Velocidrone Simulator
April 7th: Join the USNDA Velocidrone Competition Consortium and hone your racing and maneuver skills 
April 15: Compete virtually in the USNDA Drone Simulator Leaderboard Playoffs
June 2-4: Receive an invitation and local command approval to attend and compete in the U.S. Military Competitive Drone Race & Maneuver Matches in Washington D.C.,  2 - 4 June at the AI+ Expo for National Competitiveness

Compete for:


> The Student "Top Drone" Award
> Service Level "Top Drone" Award 
> DoD-wide "Top Drone" Pilot

Top pilots will be recognized by Senior Military and Government Leaders, and eligible for full academic scholarships to USNDA partner academic institutions, including Full Sail University and University of Central Florida.
