Marcus Rossi is an accomplished executive, technologist, and strategic leader, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a stealth AI startup dedicated to using artificial intelligence and machine learning to extend the life and range of rechargeable autonomous systems—regardless of battery chemistry. Prior to this, Marcus served as Director of Defense Strategy at Skydio, where he led global defense business development, helped triple U.S. defense sales, and expanded the company’s market presence to 10 new countries.

As a trusted Strategy and Operations Advisor to multiple startups, including Alokee, Marcus played a pivotal role in launching and scaling new ventures—helping one company grow from zero to $194K in revenue in its first year and projecting over $5M within three. His work as a strategic advisor to defense-focused startups reflects deep expertise in national security, big data, and AI-enabled platforms.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Marcus had a distinguished 23-year career as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer. His leadership roles included directing a $134 million emerging technology portfolio at the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory and commanding a 750-person aviation support unit during operations across the Middle East. His strategic work contributed directly to Force Design 2030, which reshaped $35 billion in Marine Corps investments.
