Andrew Coté

Andrew Coté is a national security strategist and Marine Corps Veteran with deep expertise in defense innovation, special operations, and emerging technologies. He currently serves as Vice President of Strategy and Growth at BRINC Drones, where he has also held key roles including Chief of Staff and Director of Federal and Defense programs. Andrew previously held senior positions within the U.S. Department of Defense, including Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Combatting Terrorism.

 

A trusted advisor across government and industry, he is a member of the Business Executives for National Security (BENS), the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Action Council, and the National Defense Industrial Association.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University in 2012. During his time at Johns Hopkins, he was an Alumni Association Scholar and a member of the varsity lacrosse team. He was recognized with the 2012 W. Taylor Cook Memorial Award for strength of character and positive influence, and was actively involved with the Friends of Jaclyn organization.
